1. DATA CONTROLLERS

The data controllers of your personal data related to press accreditation for Malta Festival are:

• dFlights sp. z o.o., located in Warsaw (00-526) at Krucza Street 24/26, registered in the National Court Register by the District Court for the capital city of Warsaw in Warsaw, XII Economic Division of the National Court Register, KRS: 0000721652, NIP: 6772432524, REGON: 369620432, share capital 5000 PLN.

These parties, hereinafter referred to as “Administrators.”

2. WHOSE DATA WE PROCESS

Your personal data is processed in connection with your registration for press accreditation at Malta Festival, which will take place from September 7 to 15, 2024, in Poznan. The Administrators are the organizers of the Festival.

4. PURPOSES OF PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA

• Conducting the accreditation process,
• Managing access to the festival area and other places reserved for the media,
• Communication regarding the course of the Festival,
• Archiving for reporting and auditing purposes.

5. INFORMATION ON THE REQUIREMENT/VOLUNTARINESS OF PROVIDING PERSONAL DATA

Providing personal data is voluntary but necessary to obtain press accreditation and participate in the Festival as a media representative.

6. RECIPIENTS OF PERSONAL DATA

Your data may be shared with authorized employees or collaborators of the Administrators, IT service providers, and other entities supporting the organization of the Festival.

7. PERIOD OF RETENTION OF PERSONAL DATA

Personal data is retained for the period necessary to achieve the purposes of processing, and thereafter for the period required by legal provisions or until the expiration of potential claims.

8.RIGHTS RELATED TO THE PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

You have the right to access your data, rectify it, delete it, limit processing, transfer data, object to data processing, and withdraw consent to data processing at any time.
