OVER 15 YEARS

Maria Seweryn, in her first monodrama about inner strength and determination, shows that the hardest thing to fight for is yourself.

Tessa is a lawyer on the verge of a great career. But suddenly she is faced with a dramatic choice when she finds herself in the courtroom, in a previously unknown role as a witness in her personal case. She must decide whether she will risk everything to oppose the heartless law and patriarchal arrangements.

This outstanding theater text, extremely current, touching on the issue of sexual violence and arousing extreme emotions, was extremely highly appreciated after its recent premieres on London’s West End and Broadway in New York, and Jodie Comer, who played Tessa, received a Tony Award – the theater equivalent of the Emmy, Grammy and Oscars.
