The three bands invited to the festival, inspired by the New Orleans tradition, have experience of playing on various European stages. But in Poznań they will appear in the environment where they feel best – on the streets. 

Back Chat Brass will come straight from Leeds to Poznań. The English octet gets the party started in seconds with covers of the biggest hits of the last few decades. This is probably the only group whose repertoire also includes hits by Fleetwood Mac, Prince, Rihanna, Outkast, Vengaboys and Blink-182.

Bandakadabra from Turin caused a real sensation. For years, Italian musicians played mainly swing and Balkan music. The band, which calls itself a “pocket orchestra”, has recently taken a new path: it has included its own interpretation of techno in their repertoire and has become extremely sought-after as a result. the rich, rhythmic sound will have a truly hypnotizing effect on the audience encountered on the streets of Poznań.

Brassfederacja is a band that couldn’t be missing in this set. The 9-piece band recorded with L.U.C. and Jan Emil Młynarski, but the audience loved him for Brasscos – spontaneous parties on Warsaw’s Vistula boulevards, where the band completely replaced a conventional DJ. Brassfederacja knows perfectly well how to attract crowds and will show it in the capital of Wielkopolska.
