Dominika Kulczyk’s documentary series examines the intriguing topic of female spirituality. Many people, regardless of gender, have a need to discover their feminine inner self. To do this, they often return to nature and refer to the archetype of Mother Earth.

They take part in ceremonies and rituals referring to forgotten ancient traditions, and are fascinated by herbalism, astrology and alchemy. This helps them look at their own lives anew, set new priorities, take care of our planet and find the answer to the question of how to live happily. “Soul Sisters. Awakening.” is an extraordinary journey around the world, during which you can meet people who change their lives to be closer to nature and exist in harmony with themselves.

Dominika Kulczyk is the guide through these worlds, who, both in her professional life and through her foundation, deals with socially responsible business, renewable energy and equal rights and empowerment of women and girls in the world.

The Malta Festival will premiere 2 episodes of the series which focus on 2 different countries – Poland and Scotland. These are two different stories about modern witches, or – according to the definition guiding the festival – women who know. Women who want Mother Earth to survive and continue to thrive. And according to many, this is the final call for humanity to wake up to this issue.
