There are many myths and misconceptions around menopause that have become widely accepted truths over the years. One of the most common and misleading beliefs is that menopause only affects women over the age of fifty-five, and is therefore associated only with late maturity. In fact, menopause is a process that has its own individual pace and can begin much earlier than many people assume.
So what actually is menopause? At what point in life does it begin and when do its symptoms disappear? How does it affect femininity in the broad sense, both physically and mentally? How can you enjoy life to the fullest at every stage of this process without fear of the passage of time and the natural changes it brings? These and other questions will be answered by four outstanding women who will share their knowledge and experiences. Psychologist Katarzyna Miller, sexologist Alicja Długołęcka, actress Katarzyna Warnke, Dr. Katarzyna Skórzewska, specialist in gynecology and endocrinology and group trainer Anna Samsel, who specializes in this very topic, will dispel any doubts and deal with all the myths that have grown around this topic.
