SIGN UPS FOR MALTA FESTIVAL 2024 WORKSHOPS ARE NOW OPEN!

Following the vision of Kulczyk Foundation, which focuses on body, awareness, and being, the workshop program has been designed with a holistic approach to the human experience, with a special emphasis on the needs of women.
We have prepared the herbal-narrative workshop “Botanica Fabula,” led by Amanda Edmiston from Scotland, who will be visiting Poland for the first time (September 9th at 10:00 AM in the Festival Club, in English). We also encourage you to join the unique Slavic gymnastics session with Małgorzata Daniło Gorlewicz (September 9th at 4:00 PM at the Polish Dance Theater), which will explore the differences between masculine and feminine energy, revealing the potential of consciously experiencing this energy (September 10th at 4:00 PM at the Polish Dance Theater). Maria Janczewska, an actress whose work with voice helped her fight endometriosis, together with Francesca Russo Ermolli, a renowned Italian singer, will introduce techniques that bring relief in health issues, accessible to everyone, regardless of vocal abilities (September 10th at 12:00 PM at the Polish Dance Theater).
“Cerrada” with Malwina Mango (September 12th at 12:00 PM at the Polish Dance Theater) is an ancient art known in Ecuador and Mexico, balancing the tension of fascia, muscles, and internal organs. The workshops with Katarina Hellstrom will focus on releasing body memory and energy blocked by our organism (two different workshops on September 15th at 10:00 AM and 1:30 PM, both at the Polish Dance Theater).
All workshops are free of charge for participants. Due to the intimate nature of the work, the number of places is limited.
Registration is available via the following link: Registration Form.
We also invite you to participate in free yoga and Afro-dance sessions, which will take place at the Polish Dance Theater between September 9th and 13th.
Participants of workshops and sessions are kindly asked to wear comfortable clothing and sports shoes.
See you there!
