The areas of volunteering where we will need your assistance: 

WELCOME DESK - This is an important informational and sales point on the festival map of Poznan. Festival participants, artists, and guests come here to collect their accreditation, get practical information, or purchase the festival magazine, T-shirt or bag.

PRODUCTION AND LOGISTICS - Undoubtedly one of the most crucial sections of the festival. Without proper logistics and meticulous planning, the whole event couldn't happen. As a volunteer in this section, you will learn how to plan the distribution of set designs so that everything arrives at the right place at the right time. You will work with professionals in their field, from whom you will learn not only how to manage deliveries well but also what logistics work looks like in practice.

GUEST DEPARTMENT - A section that undoubtedly connects people. If you want to accompany artists from Poland, Europe, and other parts of the world, or be a theatre group guide, and you are fluent not only in Polish, you will fit in here perfectly. Your duties would include coordinating rehearsal, performance schedules and accompanying the artists on their way to events or hotels.

AUDIENCE SERVICES - In this section, you will ensure that everyone finds their seat,stays well-informed, and doesn't miss their chosen events. Volunteers in this section are at the heart of everything happening at the festival. A smoothly and promptly filled audience means a successful and punctual show start.

OUTDOOR EVENTS - If you are engaged and sensitive to social and urban issues, this section is for you. Your tasks will include helping coordinate outdoor events and supporting the arrangement and supervision of outdoor projects.

PRESS OFFICE/MEDIA -The perfect place for those with a “light pen” or those who know social media inside out! In this section, you will help us create festival texts, manage the website, select photos, and distribute promotional materials. You will help monitor the media drive and be in direct contact with journalists, ensuring they have answers to every question.

VOLUNTEER CENTER - This is where the magic happens! If special tasks interest you, you’ve come to the right place! Everyone knows that at such large events, anything is possible, and not every hero wears a cape, right?

FESTIVAL TV -We are looking for participants for all television production areas. If you see a place for yourself here, dream of working behind or in front of the camera, or in a related field, this section is for you! Attach your CV and let us know your experience, even if they are just amateur projects. Under the guidance of professionals, we will ensure you can develop your passion among other art enthusiasts, enhance your skills, and create excellent materials presenting the festival. DOMINOES - This is a movable sculpture, an installation with performative elements that can be recreated and adapted to different contexts. The starting point is a simple idea – a row of dominoes. Thousands of blocks form a moving sculpture that travels through the city, unfolding in space. The sculpture winds through streets, parks, buildings, and even shopping centers, sometimes disappearing and reappearing. The domino line cuts through historical and everyday parts of the city, symbolically and physically connecting diverse communities. It creates a chain of cause and effect, reflecting the context of the space it inhabits. Dominoes create an alternative vision of the city: counterpointing, complementing, and playing with architecture. We create Dominoes together – from the first placement of the blocks to the arrival of volunteers to help build the sculpture and finally witnessing this extraordinary work winding through the city's corners.

The volunteer coordinator will make the final assignment to each group.
